Tension fabric displays use an elastic polyester material that can be stretched tightly over a frame. These displays also have a sleek, modern appearance and are very lightweight.
To assemble your display, begin by placing the pole frame set on the ground and connecting the pole parts with push-button locking mechanisms. Then, place the completed top piece on the frame and velcro it closed.
Easy to Assemble
Our 20ft straight tension fabric display features interlocking aluminum tube hardware that easily snaps together. Then, the fabric display slides over each frame like a pillowcase and zips closed for a seamless graphic. The hardware and fabric graphics are printed with a full-color dye sublimation process, and the entire system can be assembled in less than five minutes.
The pole frame set connects with push button snaps that are clearly labeled, and the inner bungee cords help to make the process easy. Once the frame is completed, the numbered ends of each pole are inserted into the large end of the next one and the zipper closure on the bottom of the fabric is pulled tight and velcro closed.
Once the backlit tension fabric led display is constructed, a silicone strip is inserted into the channel bars at the top and bottom of the graphic to evenly illuminate the fabric. This is an extremely effective way to draw attention to your exhibit, and it takes less time to assemble than other backlit displays. The fabric graphics are also easy to change whenever you want!
